Joseph has been with North Cascades Health and Rehabilitation Center since October 2013. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Studies from the University of California, Irvine. He has successfully operated two other skilled nursing and rehab operations and loves enhancing the lives of both residents as well as employees. In his spare time, Joseph enjoys woodworking, hanging out with family and spending time making sure his lawn looks nice.
Mark has been with the St. Joseph Center for Senior Health at PeaceHealth St. Joseph Medical Center in Bellingham since 2005, and with North Cascade Health and Rehab Center in Bellingham since August 2014. He earned a BS degree in chemistry from Carleton College, MD and PhD (biological chemistry) degrees from the University of Illinois, Chicago Campus, and completed his residency in internal medicine at the University of Rochester. He enjoys working in at North Cascade HRC because of the great and committed staff. In his spare time Mark enjoys walking (rain or shine) with his wife and dogs on the excellent trails around Bellingham, playing tuba in the Whatcom Symphony Orchestra, woodworking and tennis.
Emily has been a valued member of the team at North Cascades Health and Rehabilitation Center since 2010. Emily earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon in 2003. She then returned to her native Bellingham where she has worked in the acute care and Long Term Care settings for the past 10 years. Emily is passionate about providing the best care to the residents of this community.
